El Joker speaks about international press in Durango in his blog Hoycinema Movieland. The Times, SFX, Total Filmes were here. First, a speech has been made about Durango economic increase.
They have spoken about shooting locations (Pueblo Nuevo, Canatlan, Nuevo Ideal, Durango and in lagune, nothing new) and according to El Joker, pics and posters will be soon available.About change in day release:nothing new.
According to El Joker in Hoycinema, shooting in Durango could finish 8 or 9 of march. After, second unit could go to make few additionnal shoots in Tijuana (Baja California). It fits with what Stephen Chow has said in a recent interview (principal photography near completion, Dragonball will be a great movie, to see the interview click here).
So maybe very soon a trailer and official pics!

Somebody of IMDB board says that he has seen the teaser and parts of the scripts. I think it's a fake, and I don't believe it because of some details, but maybe I'm wrong, so I put here what he says (be carreful, if he doesn't lie, there is a lot of spoliers!). Judge by yourself!
Spoiler:
Goku is a kid in high school in a futuristic city. He and his friend are bullied by a big dumb kid. At the start of the film Goku beats up the kid for kicking his friend.
Goku's grandfather is killed by Piccolo early on. Grandpa Gohan gives Goku the four star dragonball just before he dies. Shortly afterwards Goku meets Bulma. Who is searching for the Dragonballs via her dragon radar.
The dragonballs look like small, orange orbs with mist inside and stars. At one point Goku looks into the Four Star dragonball and see's a saiyan pod travelling through space.
Piccolo looks like a normal human most of the film. He only transforms at the end while fighting Goku.
At some point Mai takes the form of Chi-Chi and seduces Goku and tries to take his dragonballs.
At some point soon afterwards Mai takes the form of Bulma to get past Master Roshi. Roshi however, starts trying to seduce HER and at one point grabs her chest. This is either deliberatley to draw out Mai or simply because he has a crush on Bulma. Most likely the latter as Roshi kisses Bulma shortly before dying at the end of the film.
Roshi dies protecting Goku during the fight with Piccolo. Only to be brought back by the Dragonballs.
Goku and Chi-Chi are married by the end of the film. They first kiss during a training session.
The film ends with Piccolo defeated and Goku bringing Roshi back to life with the Dragonballs. Then it cuts to Goku and Chi-Chi's wedding. Chi-Chi is obviousley heavily pregnent during the ceremony. Goku smiles and rubs her bump after they are married. We then see Piccolo's corpse, then and egg bursts out of his stomach. The egg hatches and a baby Namkek creature crawls out. The credits pop up. End of spoiler
