everything opens with notepad!

Hi all...i feel stupid..i have a huge problem and i need a simple solution cause i am not a pc genious..well after mounting something in poweriso i did the "mistake" to open an aplication with notepad...after that moment everything on my pc opens with notepad and i mean everything,everything!!i tried the "open with" thing and doesnt work cause it still opens with notepad..plz help me with simple solution..ps:system restore opens with notepad as well even when i start in safe mode!!plz SOS SOS!!! :fou:

Es gibt eine gute Lektüre darüber von rororo Verlag mit dem Titel: Visual Basic.NET Objektorientiert programmieren von Anfang an. Allerdings eben auf deutsch. Oder Du schaust mal hier vbarchive.de .Ich hoffe, es hilft weiter.

Ich übersetze das mal hier: gwgos hat das Problem, das er beim öffnen eines Programms unter "Öffnen mit" das Notepad angegeben hat und leider auch den Hacken gesetzt hat das alle Programme dieses Typs nun mit Notepad geöffnet werden. Ab jetzt öffnet alles nur noch mit dem Notepad (scheinbar auch alle .Exe Dateien).

@gwgos: Hi Gwgos, i translated your text as good as i can. Normaly when you use XP select the file, right mouse klick and than properties. Now you have a button "open with" where you can change the program which open the file

ACH so!!!Ich kann auch ein bisschen deutsch,aber nur ein bisschen!Erstens habe ich Windows Vista und habe alles mögliches versucht...Und plötzlich hatte ich eine Idee,weil ich das Format nicht wollte...Also meine Idee war:Ich habe ein neues USER ACCOUNT gemacht und habe alle Dateien da kopiert,auch alle .EXE!!dANN habe ich das alte USWR ACCOUNT hhmmm... DELETED.... und alles war normal bei dem neuen ACcount...Weiss nicht warum das gaschah aber es gibt kein Problem jetzt!!

Jetzt Entschuldigung für mein "deutsch"!!
